Hello everyone!
Since I started working at AGH I ran the AGH Run for Women’s Health virtually because I was on call every time. This year it’s different. I’m finally going to do it in person, but even better, I’m going to walk it with my husband and our baby girl. Every penny that we fundraise is going to support much needed equipment for the Maternity Unit at AGH. As an obstetrician and now first time mom to a seven month old baby girl I can say first hand just how important it is to have modern equipment on the unit that helps us care for moms and babies and keep them safe.
Why do we need a fundraiser for this? The provincial government does not pay for this type of equipment, so we rely on support from the community to make it happen. Please support as much or as little as you can. Every bit helps!
