We’re Josh and Jesse; two personal trainers, each with over 10 years of experience in health and fitness. A few years ago, we teamed up to create the No BS Fitness podcast to help bring high-quality information to the fitness world. This year, we want to build upon last years Almonte General Hospital Run for Women’s and Newborns Health. We love seeing women get stronger and become better versions of themselves. We know how important access to health care is for everyone, especially women.
