What’s going on guys? Hello and welcome… oops, this isn’t the podcast… Welcome to our donation page! We’re Josh and Jesse; two personal trainers, each with over 10 years of experience in health and fitness. A year ago, we teamed up to create the No BS Fitness podcast to help bring high-quality information to the fitness world. This year, we want to take it a step further by taking part in the Almonte General Hospital Run for Women’s and Newborns Health. We love seeing women get stronger and become better versions of themselves. We know how important access to health care is for everyone, especially women. Help us by donating whatever you can so women and newborns have access to this wonderful hospital in our amazing community!
